Novara di Sicilia belongs to the “I Borghi più belli d’Italia”, an association of small Italian towns of historical interest with the aim of preserving and maintaining villages of quality heritage.
This town rises up on the hill in which glimpses the ancient Tyndaris, in a charming and natural landscape. The small-group houses, the little alleys, the facades decorations, the elegance of the palaces and the sumptuousness of the churches, give charm to its typically medieval urban structure.
The tour starts with the visit of the Communal Theatre “Riccardo Casalaina”, an 18th century building.
